I had decided on a dining table which I saw online but wanted to see it in person before ordering. Was delighted that they have a fabulous showroom in Bracknell.
I hadn't decided on chairs yet and we were able to try multiple chairs around the table with the help of the team. Nothing was too much trouble. I must have tried about 20 different chair styles around the table before making my final choice. The Scarlett black mixed material dining chair.
The table and chairs get delivered at the same time and the Scarlett black mixed chairs had a 16 - 18 week wait. Boy am I glad I agreed to wait. Perfect combination, great quality and just stunning
The service has been top notch since day one. Keeping me informed regularly on order update and delivery date.
We had a slight hiccup with one of the chairs and Lisa from the Customer Service team managed this like a pro keeping any inconvenience to an absolute minimum and getting a replacement out to us within 2 days. Its great to see that Great Customer Service does still exist.
I would definitely recommend Danetti for any furniture. Very reasonable priced for great quality pieces that just add that extra style and class to any room.
