Our House is our way of showing appreciation to our customers. Earn points for activities like referrals and purchases on our site. The more points you collect, the more you save through discounts on future purchases!
Log in and head to the loyalty page - you’ll find your point balance displayed at the top.
Please allow a few minutes for our system to process your activity and update your points balance.
You can earn points through various activities, such as referring friends or making purchases.
No, there’s no limit, you can earn as many points as you like!
Loyalty points are credited to your account 60 days after your delivery has been fulfilled. This 60-day period allows time to account for any returns, refunds, or amendments that may occur post-delivery. It ensures your points are awarded accurately based on the final, completed purchase.
Our loyalty programme is open to all customers, excluding trade account holders. All account holders are automatically enrolled at the point of account creation.
If your friend cancels or returns their order, the pending points from that referral will be cancelled and removed from your account.
To unsubscribe fromOur House, please contact us. Please note that any points you’ve accumulated will be lost when you have unsubscribed.

Referrers cannot share referral links to people who share the same IP address as them. If you do attempt to do this, any discount will be blocked.
You can share your referral link directly with friends and family via email, WhatsApp or social media direct messages. Referral links are intended for personal use and must not be posted on public websites, forums, voucher or coupon sites, or publicly shared on social media.
Approved: Points that are ready for redemption.
Pending: Points that are awaiting verification (typically for purchases and referrals).
Cancelled: Points that won't be added to your account, such as those associated with a cancelled purchase.
Your balance may decrease if you, or someone you referred, cancels or returns a purchase.
Contact us and we’ll re-enroll you. However, your point balance will start from zero.
There is no limit on how many friends you can refer to our Loyalty programme, however, you can only share your referral link three times per calendar month; and when it comes to redeeming a referral discount, only one can be applied to an order at one time.
Referral discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounted items. Referral benefits apply to full‑price orders only and are subject to verification at checkout. Referral links can only be shared up to three times per calendar month. If you share your referal link more than three times per calendar month, the discount associated with this link will be deactivated until the new calendar month.

Yes - there is a minimum spend requirement of £250 when redeeming your points.
Yes, you can redeem your points at checkout. Log into your account and at checkout you should automatically see your points and be able to redeem them with the click of one button.
