Delivery scheduling
If your items are in stock, you’ll receive a text and email with your 2-hour delivery slot the night before your chosen day. If not, we’ll keep you updated and notify you as soon as they’re ready so you can book a convenient delivery date.
Delivery day tracking
On the day of delivery, you’ll receive confirmation of your 2-hour time slot along with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your order in real time as it makes its way to you.
Pre-arrival call
Your delivery driver will call you around 30 minutes before arrival, so you know exactly when to expect them.
Room of choice
Our experienced two-person delivery team will carefully deliver your items to a room of your choice. We can deliver up to the third floor, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Furniture delivery is £39.99 for UK mainland and £59.99 for offshore postcodes. Accessories such as rugs, lighting, and mirrors are delivered for £14.99.

Terms and conditions
Offshore Postcodes
The following postcode areas are classified as offshore and will incur a £59.99 delivery charge: BT (including BT24–25, BT30–35, BT42–57, BT60–94), GY (including GY1–8, GY9–10), IM, JE and TR21–25.
Delivery Service
Our delivery teams will deliver items to a room of your choice, up to the third floor, subject to access, item size, and the discretion of the delivery team on the day.
Accessories such as rugs, lighting, and mirrors are delivered separately and are not guaranteed for weekend delivery.
Where an order includes a combination of furniture and accessories, items may arrive via different delivery partners and at different times.
Delivery Scheduling & Time Slots
Delivery time slots are provided as estimates and may be subject to change due to factors outside of our control, including traffic and weather conditions. We do not offer compensation for delays or changes to allocated time slots.
Customers are advised to use the live tracking link provided for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Change of Delivery Address
If you wish to change your delivery address, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Requests must be confirmed in writing and may require additional verification.
For orders placed using finance, the delivery and billing address must be the same. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the order being unable to be fulfilled.
Delivery Acceptance
A person aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. The recipient is responsible for inspecting the items at the time of delivery.
Any damage must be reported at the point of delivery. Items signed for without noting damage may limit our ability to investigate claims for transit damage raised at a later date.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not present to accept your scheduled delivery, or fail to take delivery, a missed delivery fee of £50 may be charged.
