Changed your mind

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If it’s not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Collection fees apply as below and will be deducted from your final refund.

Exchanges

If your items arrive and you’d prefer a different colour, size, or product, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

If your replacement item is in stock, we can often collect and deliver at the same time for added convenience. Where separate collection and redelivery are required, an additional delivery charge may apply. Collection fees apply as outlined below.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please report this within 5 working days of delivery. Once reviewed, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange a collection or resolution, typically within 24 hours of your request.
