Trade FAQs
To apply for a trade account, you must be a limited company or sole trader actively supplying products to clients, furnishing homes, or offering interior design or furniture recommendation services.
We work with professionals including interior designers, property developers, lettings and estate agents, kitchen showrooms, event stylists, and selected commercial projects.
Please note: our products are not designed for commercial use, as they are crib 3 fire rated. If items are intended for commercial use, a disclaimer form must be signed prior to purchase.
No, we do not offer credit accounts. All orders must be paid in full upfront to secure stock.
Your account manager will review your order once placed to confirm availability and lead times before final approval.
Please ensure you include:
- Your order/PO reference
- Shipping address
- Company billing address
- Delivery contact number
- Product codes
- Quantities required
Important: If the delivery company cannot reach the contact provided, your order may be delayed. Please ensure the contact is available.
- 1–3 days / In stock: Items are in our warehouse and ready for dispatch
- Longer lead times: Stock is in transit and awaiting arrival
Once your order arrives, our courier (AIT) will contact you within approximately 24 hours to arrange delivery.
For urgent orders, please speak to your account manager before placing your order. We may be able to prioritise dispatch depending on availability and capacity.
We offer trade tiers based on your annual spend.
- Your initial rate is confirmed upon account approval
- Progression to the next tier is based on spend thresholds
- Ongoing spend is required to maintain your tier
There is no minimum order value.
Additional discounts may be available for larger volume orders, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
No, we do not offer bespoke items. However, many of our designs come with a range of fabric and finish options.
You can view all your trade orders and activity by logging into your account and visiting your account dashboard.
VAT invoices are automatically generated and emailed once your items have been delivered.
Please note your order may reference multiple numbers, including a draft number (e.g. #D12345), Shopify order number (e.g. #12345), sales order number (e.g. SO001234576), VAT invoice number (e.g. INV001234), and your PO number. To help us locate your order quickly - especially if you have multiple active orders - please quote one of the Danetti reference numbers rather than your personal PO number.
Orders can be placed directly through your trade account online.
- Your trade pricing will be applied automatically (excl. VAT)
- VAT is added at checkout
- Add your project reference next to your company name
You can:
- Pay securely via the checkout
- Or choose BACS payment (please quote your draft/pro forma number as the reference)
Once submitted, your order will be reviewed by your account manager before being finalised.
Tracking details are available at the top of each order in your account. For further assistance, your account manager will be happy to help.
No, sale pricing cannot be combined with trade discounts or the Danetti Our House loyalty programme.
You can order a swatch pack via our website by selecting the swatches required on individual products pages.
Please raise a case via your account as soon as possible using the order-specific support link. This ensures your query is assigned quickly to our customer care team for resolution.

- Delivery includes placement in your room of choice (up to 3 flights of stairs)

You will need to provide:
- Proof of residency for the new address
- Confirmation of your relationship with the end customer
