Whilst we make every effort to ensure pricing information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right not to accept or fulfil an order where
a pricing error is obvious, unmistakable, and could reasonably have been
recognised as a mispricing.
Unless otherwise stated, our products are intended for private residential use only.
We do not provide warranties, guarantees, or assurances for products used in commercial, contract, hospitality, rental, or public environments.
To create a Danetti account, you must provide a valid email address. Your account enables you to manage orders, save favourites, and access
personalised services.
We will use your email address to send important account and order-related communications, including order confirmations, delivery updates,
and account notifications.
If you choose to subscribe to our marketing communications, we may also
send information about promotions, new product launches, and exclusive offers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe
link included in our communications.
For your security, we do not store debit or credit card details. Payment information must be entered each time you place an order unless otherwise
provided by your chosen payment provider.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached or
where fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate activity has occurred.
At Danetti, we believe in offering exceptional design at fair and competitive prices. From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or delivery incentives.
All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended without notice.
Discount codes are only valid when issued directly by Danetti through
our website, email communications, or official marketing channels. Codes obtained through unauthorised third-party websites may not be accepted.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Only one promotional offer, voucher, or discount code may be applied per order.
- Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Any refund issued for an order that benefited from a promotional discount may be adjusted to reflect the value of that discount.
Bed & Mattress Offer
Where advertised, customers purchasing a full-price bed and mattress within the same transaction will receive a £100 discount automatically applied at checkout.
If either product is subsequently returned, the promotional discount may be deducted from any refund due.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
Loyalty Points Offer
This offer is available exclusively to members of the Danetti Our House Loyalty Programme and runs from 23 June 2026 until 28 June 2026 inclusive.
During the promotional period, customers will earn:
- 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases, in accordance with the standard Our House Loyalty Programme rules.
- An additional 1,000 bonus loyalty points on qualifying orders placed during the promotional period.
- All points, including the 1,000 bonus points, are subject to a 60-day approval period before becoming available in your account.
- Bonus points cannot be redeemed against the qualifying purchase that earned them and may only be used on a future order once the approval period has passed.
- Customers must be signed in to their Danetti account at the time of purchase to earn points. Purchases made using guest checkout are not eligible.
- Delivery charges and gift card purchases do not qualify for loyalty points.
- If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, any associated standard and bonus points may be removed from your account.
- Duplicate actions, including repeated social media follows or engagement activities, will not generate additional points.
- Danetti reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.

Danetti £500 Giveaway
Prize: One winner will receive a £500 Danetti voucher issued as a discount
code.
The voucher:
- Must be redeemed in a single transaction.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Is non-transferable.
Entry: To enter, participants must complete the designated entry form before the advertised closing date.
Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted using the details provided during entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, we reserve
the right to select an alternative winner.
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Danetti, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Data Protection: Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used to
administer the promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
General: We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any giveaway where
circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.
All Danetti account holders are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty
Programme unless they choose to opt out.
Earning Points
- Points earned through purchases are subject to a 60-day approval period before becoming available for redemption.
- Points will not be awarded for purchases made using guest checkout. Customers must be signed in to their Danetti account when placing an order.
- Delivery charges and gift card purchases are not eligible for points.
- Duplicate actions, including repeated social media follows or engagement actions, will not generate additional points.
- If an order is cancelled or returned, any associated points may be removed from your account.
Redeeming Rewards
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
- Reward vouchers and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless expressly stated.
- A maximum discount value of £300 may be applied to a single transaction.
- Redeemed rewards expire six months from the date of issue.
- A minimum spend of £250 applies when redeeming rewards.
Referral Programme
Customers may refer friends through the Danetti referral programme.
- Referees will receive £50 off their first order when spending a minimum of £250.
- Referrers will receive 1,000 loyalty points once the referred order has successfully completed the 60-day approval period.
- Referral rewards may be withdrawn if the qualifying order is cancelled or returned.
- Referral vouchers cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or replaced.
- Referral links may not be shared with members of the same household.
- We reserve the right to reject referrals where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- There is no limit to the number of friends you may refer; however, only one referral discount may be used per order.
Programme Changes
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Loyalty and Referral Programme, including points values, rewards, eligibility criteria, and programme rules, at any time without prior notice.
Customers may opt out of the programme by contacting our Customer Care team. If a customer leaves the programme and later rejoins, their previous points balance may not be reinstated.
Validity
Digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will expire at the end of this period.
Using Your Gift Card
Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible purchases made on the Danetti website up to the value of the available balance.
Any remaining balance will remain available for future purchases until the expiry date.
Refunds
Where an order paid for using a gift card is returned and eligible for a refund, the refunded value will be issued as a new digital gift card with a new 12-month validity period.
Restrictions
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be resold.
- Any attempt to resell a gift card may result in the gift card being cancelled.
Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Use
Danetti is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Customers are responsible for keeping gift card details secure.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary to do so.
Scope of the Consultation
Virtual consultations are provided to offer guidance and recommendations
relating to furniture selection, room layouts, measurements, materials,
finishes, styling, and interior design concepts.
Nature of the Service
Consultations are conducted remotely via video conferencing technology.
Recommendations are based solely on information supplied by the customer,
including photographs, measurements, videos, floorplans, and descriptions.
No physical site visit or inspection forms part of this service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is
accurate and complete.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Room dimensions
- Access restrictions
- Existing furniture
- Architectural features
- Building limitations
We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete
information.
Measurements & Suitability
Any measurements discussed during the consultation are indicative only.
Customers remain solely responsible for verifying measurements, access
requirements, product suitability, and installation requirements before placing
an order.
Product Variations
Furniture finishes, colours, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly
due to manufacturing tolerances, natural materials, photography, screen
settings, and lighting conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Recommendations are provided in good faith and are intended as guidance
only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danetti shall not be liable for
indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from reliance on
consultation advice, including incorrect purchases, fitting issues, delays, or
dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes.
Technical Issues
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by internet connectivity,
software failures, or third-party video conferencing platforms. Where possible,
consultations may be rescheduled.
Recording
Customers may not record consultations without our prior written
consent.
Delivery services, lead times, restrictions, and associated terms are detailed within our Delivery Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the delivery terms applicable at the time of purchase.
When purchasing a new mattress from Danetti, you may add our mattress
collection service during checkout.
Where selected, we will collect and responsibly dispose of your old
mattress when delivering your new mattress to the same address.
For health, safety, and environmental reasons, we reserve the right to
refuse collection if the mattress is excessively damaged, heavily soiled,
infested, or otherwise unsuitable for handling and disposal.
Once a mattress has been collected, it cannot be returned.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
