Boucle Sofas

Boucle sofas offer a beautiful textured foundation for various styling approaches. Amplify the cosiness with plush cushions in coordinating or contrasting colours and textures, such as velvet or linen. Drape a soft throw over the back or arm for added warmth and visual interest. A sleek coffee table, whether glass, ceramic, or wood, provides a practical surface and complements the boucle's texture. Consider a rug in a complementary colour or pattern to anchor the seating area and enhance the overall aesthetic. Introduce mood lighting with a floor or table lamp to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Finally, incorporate decorative accents like artwork or plants to complete the look and reflect your personal style. For more information visit our blog post.

Boucle's looped texture adds a unique touch to any sofa, but it requires specific care. Regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment helps prevent dirt buildup within the fibres. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth, avoiding rubbing which could damage the delicate loops. If necessary, use a small amount of mild detergent mixed with water, testing it on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric. Plumping cushions regularly helps maintain their shape and prevents excessive wear in specific areas. Rotate cushions periodically if they are reversible for even wear and tear. Always check the product's page for specific care and cleaning recommendations, as some materials may have special requirements.
