A mattress protector is essential to minimise the absorption of sweat, oils, and skin cells, while also acting as a barrier against dust mites. Periodically air out your mattress by removing all bedding and opening windows to allow fresh air to circulate. For spills or stains, use a damp cloth and mild detergent, ensuring the mattress is completely dry before replacing the bedding. Avoid using a vacuum cleaner, as this can damage the comfort layers; if necessary, use a low setting or a gentle dustbuster. To ensure even wear and prolong the life of your Classic Comfort mattress, we recommend both flipping and rotating it every three months. This helps distribute weight evenly and prevent dips or sagging. Flipping involves turning the mattress over, while rotating means turning it 180 degrees. This process is important because our Classic Comfort mattresses are double-sided, meaning the comfort layers are present on both sides, unlike some 'rotate only' mattresses. This dual-sided design allows for flipping, which maximises the mattress's lifespan and comfort.

Our Classic Comfort mattress has a depth of 26cm. This is considered a standard depth for our mattresses. We also offer other mattresses with varying levels of firmness and spring counts, but if you're looking for a comfortable and supportive mattress at a standard depth, the Classic Comfort is an excellent choice.

Our Classic Comfort mattresses use a 1,000 pocket spring system. This means each spring is individually encased in its own fabric pocket. This design allows each spring to move independently, contouring to your body shape for personalised support and pressure relief.
