Our standard delivery service for in-stock items is 1-3 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, invoice and chosen delivery date. The evening before delivery, we'll send you a two-hour time slot so you know exactly when to expect us.
Yes, we offer next-day delivery on in-stock items ordered before 11am – perfect if you need something in a hurry. Alternatively, you can choose a delivery date that suits you during checkout. Please note that next-day delivery is subject to delivery volumes and capacity at the time of ordering.
Absolutely. When ordering an in-stock item, you can select your delivery date in checkout. When ordering an item that has a lead time, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a date that suits you. The day before, we’ll send your two-hour time slot along with a tracking link for live updates.
Yes, our premium delivery service includes delivery to your room of choice.
Most of our items arrive fully or partially assembled, so there’s minimal setup required. For larger pieces like dining tables and beds, a bit of assembly may be needed. To make things even easier, we’ve partnered with Taskrabbit - so you can book a trusted professional to assemble your furniture at a time that suits you.
