All spillages should be removed immediately. Blot spills using a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. A mild detergent and warm water solution can be used on more challenging stains. For stubborn stains we suggest you purchase specialist cleaners and test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid heavy blotting or harsh rubbing as this can damage the pile.
We recommend you use an anti-slip pad under the rug to reduce movement and protect your floor surface.
