Do you offer a furniture assembly service?

Yes, we do. We've partnered with Taskrabbit, the UK’s leading home services platform, to offer a convenient assembly service starting from just £49. It’s a great way to take the hassle out of setting up your new furniture.Once your order has arrived and you’ve checked it’s complete and in good condition, simply visit our Danetti Taskrabbit portal, enter your address, and choose a Tasker that fits your needs and budget. It’s quick, easy, and designed to fit around your schedule.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. A small return charge applies for all items to cover collection costs. For full details or to arrange a return, please contact our Customer Care team.

What happens if I need a replacement for a Last Chance item?

Items in our Last Chance section are discontinued and will not be restocked. If you require a replacement for any reason, a like-for-like replacement may therefore not be possible. In this instance, we will be happy to offer an exchange for an alternative item or issue a refund.
