The product is really well made and was carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. It is heavy though, and 2 people are needed to assemble and lift it into position (that’s why I gave 4 stars for assembly) but the process itself is easy. And once in place it only needs one person to operate the tabletop extension.
The ordering and delivery experience was first class with good communication throughout.
