Our standard delivery service for in-stock items is 1-3 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, invoice and chosen delivery date. The evening before delivery, we'll send you a two-hour time slot so you know exactly when to expect us.

When ordering an item that has a lead time, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a date that suits you. The day before, we’ll send your two-hour time slot along with a tracking link for live updates.
