This is a beautiful table. It’s very well made. The mechanism that extends it works really well and extending it is a simple and smooth operation.
My only criticism is that I think the buyer should be warned about the weight of the table. We live in an upside down house so the table needed to be upstairs. The delivery men would only carry it to the nearest downstairs room. My son in law came to stay a few days later. He’s a weightlifter. It took him and three workmen working on our house to carry it upstairs. It also took 4 men to flip it over after the pedestal leg was fitted!

Really pleased with this piece, it looks impressive and at home in my kitchen but the instructions were poorly written and it took a qualified joiner half an hour to construct, it was so heavy but a lot of the weight was the internal packaging to keep it safe in transit
