To clean the fabric upholstery we suggest using a slightly dampened cloth to spot clean any spills or marks. For the best results, try to wipe the mark as soon as it appears and be sure to dry the area with a kitchen towel after cleaning to remove any excess moisture. It’s best to only use specialist upholstery cleaning products to treat any marks as you know the product will be safe to use on the fabric. Try to avoid placing the item in direct sunlight or by high sources of heat, as like with most things, this can cause the colour to fade over time.
This bed will be delivered to you unassembled so it can be securely packaged and arrive to you in the best condition. The headboard and bed frame will be separate, so it’s just a case of using the instructions and fittings provided to attach the parts together. Please note, a mattress for this bed is not included.

Lovely bed, really usable storage and comfortable headboard. Delivery service was great. Could benefit from some more help in assembling as there were some differences between the instructions provided and the bed itself

It looks unbelievably stunning! Colour is true to the image shown although I also got fabric samples before ordering. I am so so happy with this bed! The ottoman bit is a little stiff to move right now due to the air pressure mechanism but I'm assuming that will slacken with use, and I was a little disappointed that there is a small gap at the headboard between the internal storage base and the headboard itself so you can look through to the floor, but it's just a small gap so not too much of an issue but I thought it was completely enclosed underneath with zero gaps.
Very happy with my purchase though!
