You can place your order with us safe in the knowledge that we have a Total Satisfaction Guarantee should you need to call on it. Most problems are resolved by our 30 Day Guarantee. However, we’re in it for the long haul so we also have a One Year Structural Guarantee on all products.
Structural Warranty
Our promise to you...
All our products come with a minimum 1 year warranty and for selected items, extending all the way up to 10 years warranty. See individual item for warranty terms. If you find that there is a structural fault with your product, which may only become apparent after use, we will replace the product or part for free in line with the items warranty protection timelines.
The structural guarantee does not cover general wear and tear.
Replacements
To arrange a return or replacement, please log into our customer portal using your email address and postcode and follow the links on the order. Customer portal Once we have assessed your case a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch with you to arrange collection. The team will aim to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note our operating hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday. If your request comes in after 5.30pm on a Friday, the team will pick it up on Monday morning.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) returned plus any delivery charge paid on the order minus the collection fee. Refunds typically take between 5-10 working days and will be issued to the original payment card once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
