£29.99 Selected UK Standard Delivery*
Our UK Standard Delivery charge is £29.99, no matter how many products you order. For our upgraded Weekend Delivery option, delivery costs £39.99. Our experienced delivery teams are able to deliver up to the third floor and to a room of your choice. Rugs are not available for weekend delivery.
When you purchase furniture, lighting, mirrors or rugs together the delivery charge will stand at the highest delivery charge value from the table below.

If you select an alternative delivery method, such as a weekend delivery, this will incur a higher cost for the service. This cost will be fully visible when you select your delivery method at the checkout.
Please note that allocated delivery time slots are subject to change without prior notice and we do not compensate for deliveries outside of these estimated time slots. This is often down to factors out of our control such as heavy traffic or bad weather. Please check your live tracking link for the most up to date status of your delivery.
If you would like your goods delivered to a different address to the address you provided at point of order, please give us 48 hours notice. This is so we can replan the route with our delivery partners. Further information may be requested when you talk with one of our team and we will also need you to provide the change of address in writing. Please note that if you are paying by finance, your delivery and billing address need to be the same or we cannot fulfil your order. A person aged 18 or older needs to be present to receive a delivery and sign for the items. This person is responsible for checking the box and products before signing. Anything that is signed for with no damage being reported at the time may be disputed if you report damages in transit at a later date.
As standard, our delivery company is only able to deliver up three flight of stairs if the team deem it is safe to do so. For more information regarding deliveries, please take a look at our Delivery Processes page.
Our furniture, rugs, mirrors and lighting are delivered via different delivery companies and will be delivered separately. You will receive the standard notifications from both, to find a convenient time to deliver.

Where do we deliver
We deliver to all UK postcodes, however there are a selection of remote locations where delivery is only available on select days. To find out when delivery is available to your address, our delivery partners will contact you to discuss possible delivery dates.
Our Delivery Process
Once you have placed your order, either online or with a member of our team, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice, order number and selected delivery date. If you need to contact us about anything to do with your order, you will need your reference number.
If your products are in stock you will be sent a text and email of your allocated two-hour time slot the night before your chosen delivery day.
If your goods are currently not in stock we will send you regular updates and will let you know as soon as the stock is ready for delivery. You’ll then be able to book in a delivery date that is most convenient for you.
On the day of delivery, you’ll be sent a confirmation of your two-hour time slot along with your unique tracking link. With our fully trackable delivery service, you’ll be able to see the status of your order when it is on the move so we can provide you both a high-quality and reliable service. You’ll also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them. Please note, that failing to be present to accept your scheduled delivery may result in a £50 charge. Before we can reschedule a delivery, the £50 charge must be settled. Once the charge has been processed, we will be more than happy to assist you in booking a new delivery date at your convenience.
To avoid incurring any charges, we recommend being available during your scheduled delivery window. If you anticipate any difficulties with receiving your delivery, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible and up to the day before your booked delivery to explore alternative arrangements.
