Our Selected Mainland UK Standard Delivery charge is £29.99, no matter how many products you order. For our upgraded Weekend Delivery option, delivery costs £39.99. Our experienced delivery teams are able to deliver up to the third floor and to a room of your choice.
Where do we deliver
There are a selection of delivery postcodes that we aren’t able to deliver to on a Sunday, at the weekend, or at all if it’s overseas. For a full list of these postcodes, please see the table below.

Delivery Cut Off Time
Our delivery cut off time for next day delivery is 16:00 if the item is in stock. Please place your order via our website or over the phone before 16:00 if you’d like your order to be delivered the following day.
Our Delivery Process
Once you have placed your order, either online or with a member of our team, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice, order number and selected delivery date. If you need to contact us about anything to do with your order, the reference that starts with a ‘D’ will help us locate you on the system.
If your products are in stock you will be sent a text and email of your allocated two-hour time slot the night before your chosen delivery day.
If your goods are currently not in stock we will send you regular updates and will let you know as soon as the stock is ready for delivery. You’ll then be able to book in a delivery date that is most convenient for you.
On the day of delivery you’ll be sent a confirmation of your two-hour time slot along with your unique tracking link. With our fully trackable delivery service, you’ll be able to see the status of your order when it is on the move so we can provide you both a high-quality and reliable service. You’ll also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.
Global Shipping Impact
Although things are returning to normal here, the global shipping crisis is still affecting UK businesses, and this alongside a shortage of delivery drivers and materials means the production and shipping of products is still not back to how it was pre-pandemic.
We are working as hard as possible to limit the impact of this on customer orders and our product delivery times. The estimated delivery dates shown on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge and we monitor them daily to provide you with the most up-to-date times.
We travel from Europe to Asia to find the best partners to work with us to bring our designs to life. Some of our products are manufactured abroad and some are made here in the UK. We monitor every shipment daily to make sure that we give you the most up to date information.
If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately to arrange a revised delivery as soon as possible. Rest assured, we do everything we can to prevent delays and will keep you updated throughout the process.

The production and shipping of products is still not back to how it was pre-pandemic, and we are working as hard as possible to limit the impact of this to your orders and our product delivery times. By offering products on a lead time of 10 weeks or less, we’re able to minimise additional delays and give our customers clear dates for delivery of their product with less risk of any additional delays.
Our stock dates are changing daily, and by leaving your email address on an out-of-stock product page we can alert you as soon as the item is available again.
