Once you’ve chosen your favourite pieces, selected the colour, size options and quantity that you are after, simply click ‘add to basket’.
Each product has an estimated delivery lead-time. This is the estimated number of weeks until your chosen product arrives with you. Your final lead-time will be provided at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
If you’re happy with your items and are ready to order, proceed to the checkout.
At the first stage of the checkout, you will be asked to enter your delivery postcode. You’ll be able to choose from a selection of delivery options depending on the status of your order.
You’ll be provided with a choice of available delivery dates so you can choose which is most convenient for you.
If your items are on a lead time, you will still be able to select a delivery option but won’t select a date just yet. When the items are back in stock you’ll be sent a link to choose a delivery date at your convenience.
Once you’ve selected your delivery, you will be asked to fill in your details. We’ll need your email to send you your confirmation and invoice, and your mobile number for our delivery team to contact you regarding the time slot of your delivery.
If you have ordered with us before or received swatches, you will be asked for a password to sign in. Don’t worry if you don’t know this, just click to unlock your password simply via your email address.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be taken to the payment page to securely checkout using SagePay, Europe's leading independent payment service provider (PSP).
When payment is confirmed, a confirmation will show along with your order number and a useful “what happens next” video. Confirmation of your order and order number will also be emailed to you.
