To keep your rug looking its best we recommend regular vacuuming. Vacuum using suction only. Rotating brushes can damage the fibres and edges of your rug.
All spillages should be removed immediately. Blot spills using using a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. A mild detergent and warm water solution can be used on more challenging stains. For stubborn stains we suggest you purchase specialist cleaners and test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid heavy blotting or harsh rubbing as this can damage the pile.
We recommend you use an anti-slip pad under the rug to reduce movement and protect your floor surface.
Keep away from fire and avoid direct sunlight as it may cause fading or discolouration.
