If you are ever unsure about the cloth or cleaning product you are using on your faux leather, it’s alway a good idea to test it on a small area of the material that is out of plain site, before going ahead and cleaning the whole thing. Use a soft cloth with warm water and washing up liquid, applying a gentle amount of pressure in a circular motion to clean your faux leather. It may not seem like it at first, but this method is much more effective than using an abrasive cloth or sponge. Try to remember that scrubbing will crack the leather rather than help to remove the mark!
When cleaning the Zen's glossy table surface, we suggest using a mild detergent such as washing up liquid and a damp cloth. As with any table surface, we always suggest using coasters and placemats at dinner times, just to give the glossy surface that extra layer of protection against food spillages and greasy marks. For the best results, try to wipe up any spills immediately and don’t leave the table to air dry. Just give the surface a quick wipe over with a dry cloth to remove any moisture from the table.
The Zen table is incredibly easy to put together, so you’ll have no flat pack nightmares with this piece! Because the leg frame is a flattened V shape, that means there are only two table legs that need to be attached to the table top. The Zen table will come with full assembly instructions and fittings, however we also have an assembly service if you would like the construction to be done for you. For this service, just add ‘Delivery and Assembly' at the checkout and for a small cost we will do the work for you.
The dining chairs come fully assembled, so they come right out the box and are ready for use. The packaging for both the dining table and chairs will be left with you so that you can still make use of our great Total Satisfaction Guarantee if for any reason you decide to return the products.
