For general cleaning of your glossy table surface, all you need is a dampened soft microfibre cloth. For removing more stubborn and greasy marks caused by food and drink, try adding a splash of washing up liquid to give your cleaning a bit more of a boost. Stay away from harsh chemical based cleaners when cleaning a gloss surface as this will damage the material. As always, we suggest using coasters and mats each meat time to give your table an added layer of protection. To clean the Fern dining chairs, use a damp cleaning cloth to wipe down the furniture in the direction of the grain. You can use a non-oil furniture spray to remove any bits or dust, buffing the surface afterwards to help maintain the shine of the Ferns laminate covering. For the chrome finished legs, use soap and water on a soft cloth to clean the area. Waxing chrome after a good clean is also very useful if you want to keep its high shine for even longer.
Like all of our dining tables, the Sanza Extending Dining Table will be delivered to you unassembled. To construct this piece, the pedestal has to fix to the top and then the feed to the pedestal base. The Sanza table is quite heavy so make sure you’ve got enough people to help put this piece together. It’s also really important that the table is lifted and not pivoted on the feet. On delivery the frame and the seat of the Fern chair are separate. Assembly is very easy, it's just a case of fixing the frame to the seat using the ready drilled holes and fixings provided. No tools are needed to complete this assembly and full instructions will be included with your delivery.
