All of the materials used for this bench are fully Fire Retardant (FR) compliant, making them incredibly safe for use around you and your family.
You can quickly and easily spot clean the bench cushions by wiping the affected area. This is also helped by the showerproof covering which means water and spills can be wiped off of the surface. For a deeper clean, the cushion covers can be unzipped and removed as they are machine washable. However, please keep in mind that machine washing does degrade the performance of the cushion treatments, such as the UV and showerproof coating. Leave machine washing for removing those bigger marks and stick to spot cleaning for a quick freshen up.
To clean the polywood surface, all you should need is soap and warm water. However, for a deeper clean, you can use a solution that’s one-third bleach and two-thirds water. Use a brush with soft bristles to reach any tight spaces and a soft cloth for cleaning the overall piece of furniture. The polywood surface can withstand heats up to 115°C, however, we do not advise putting hot items directly onto the surface. In full sunlight light can refract through glasses causing a concentrated heat source which can damage the surface. For this reason we don’t recommend glassware is stored on the top surface for long periods of time.
To construct the Palermo garden corner bench, you’ll need to attach the two bench seats to create an L shape. Then, simply fix the feet to the underside of the frame. Because of the size of this bench, we advise that you get someone to give you a hand to lift and turn it over. Instructions and fittings will be provided with your delivery.
To assemble the Porto table, you’ll need to attach the geometric base frame to the tabletop base. The glass then needs to be positioned on the tabletop base using the suckers provided. Be sure to protect the glass surface and avoid pivoting the table. Instructions and fittings will be provided with your delivery.
