I usually like to see items physically before buying and with this bed I took the chance but I must say I made the right choice - great quality bed frame, strong, well made and the quality of the velvet material is good. We love the bed.
My parents came over for the weekend and now they want one too but unfortunately they don’t have any superking left.
As for customer service they are responsive, friendly and dealt with my queries right away. I would shop here again and have already recommended to others

I'm very happy with the purchase! The bed is beautifully made with attention to details. The dark teal colour is exactly as on the picture and looks amazing! The frame feels incredibly sturdy and well-built, which gives me confidence that it will last for years.
One thing that really surprised me was the packaging — everything was packed with such care. Each part was in its own box and bag.
This was my first time buying from this shop, and I’m genuinely impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
