Regularly vacuum your rug using suction only as rotating brushes can damage the fibres and edges of your rug. Clean spills immediately, never rub a spill, blot liquids with a dry absorbent cloth. A mild detergent with lukewarm water can be used to clean some stains. Avoid harsh chemicals as these can damage the rug. Avoid machine wash or dry cleaning your rug. We suggest the use of an anti-slip pad to reduce trip hazards and protect the floor surface. Please note on arrival your rug may have lines or creases, due to storage and packaging. These lines are not permanent and will fade over time and with regular vacuuming.
