The product itself is great. It's not cheap but it's worth the money in my opinion. Everything feels very solid and well-built. The base of the ottoman storage part is a thick sheet of (probably) plywood, easily strong enough to hold heavy boxes. We had one part delivered wrong but customer support were helpful sorted it quickly. Overall very happy with the product.

Bought the Lani bed as I wanted to use the storage under the bed. After putting the bed together, which took a lot longer than the instructions advise FYI, the bed wouldn’t go down as the pistons were stuck. Watched a number of YouTube videos and instructions which advised to put the mattress on top and the weight should push them down. This didn’t work so I contacted the customer services team, sent over pictures and a video, and they confirmed they would send new pistons out for me to replace the current ones. This took 5 days, when they arrived I replaced the old ones with the new and it is now working. It was difficult to push down at first but I’m hoping it will loosen up. Now it’s working I’m very pleased with the bed!
