The chairs are really lovely. I admit, I had some initial problems but Danetti called me and the customer service (from Olivia) was super impressive. She went to the effort to send me additional pics of chairs i was interested in from the showroom and answered all questoins over email immediately. I had a call from Olivia apologising for inconvenience and I ended up from that going from an unhappy customer, to ordering 6 chairs from her. I then had issues with 3 of the 6 chairs I ordered, not life threatening but they were faulty, but this was rectified immediately and replaced with ones that were perfect without causing us any downtime with chairs for our waiting room. Overall, I would use danetti again for sure because of the ease of the service and the fact that they deal with things immediately if there's the smallest of problems. This is what you want when you're a busy professional and don't have time to chase or have extra stress! Thanks Danetti, thanks Olivia. I would purchase again and the chairs are lovely.
