• This chair can only be purchased in pairs and comes in a box of two. The price shown is for each chair.

• The cantilever base of the Form chair is made from a shaped steel rod that has been reinforced with a solid metal inner thread. It's this clever engineering that keeps the chair lightweight and easy to move, while still adding that extra layer of frame support and a gentle bounce when seated.

• The velvet upholstery is made from a 100% polyester short pile velvet. This cut of velvet has a light sheen that subtly reflects light, rather than looking shiny. Velvet is far easier than you might think to style in your space because it's not overly bright, dark, or a strong accent. Just a rich, tactile fabric.

• The silver-grey velvet colourway is slightly darker than our petrol grey velvet. It's not a pure grey though, as it has a very subtle undertone of heather. Silver grey is a great colour for your home as it works as a neutral mid-grey, but because of the pile and the way that the velvet picks up the light, it blends seamlessly when placed alongside other colours and finishes.

• The initial concept when designing the Form chair with Julia was that the curves in the seat should be reflected throughout the whole frame. This creates a very fluid feel, giving the chair and subsequently the rest of your interior a cosy and welcoming feel.

• The seat and backrest of the Form chair is made from a dense foam that really delivers on comfort and recovery. This foam padding allows the seat to bounce back and not sag when vacated, retaining its smooth shape for longer.

• The cantilever base is finished in a trendy brushed stainless steel. The great thing about a stainless steel leg finish is that it has a wonderful shine, without being overly reflective. This makes the material ideal if you want to add a modern feel to your space without it becoming too overpowering. It's also a designer contrast to the smooth velvet upholstery.

• Brushed stainless steel is very easy to keep clean as fingerprints and marks are less likely to show up on the surface. If your furniture is going to be used regularly and by lots of people, stainless steel is an ideal option because of its durability.
