On arrival your rug may have lines or creases, due to storage and packaging. These lines are not permanent and will fade over time with regular vacuuming. Regularly vaccum your rug using suction only as rotating brushes and damage the fibers and edges of your rug. Clean spills immediately, never rub a spill, blot liquids with a dry cloth. A mild detergent with lukewarm water can be used to clean some stains. Avoid harsh chemicals as these can damage the rug. Avoid machine wash or dry cleaning, we suggest the use of an anti-slip pad to reduce trip hazards and protect the floor surface.
