The packaging is second to none! All pieces arrived intact with no scratches or cracks or chips etc. The quality is superb and the top two drawers are lined with velvet and all drawers are soft closing and fit like a dream. Hand that only the legs need to be put onto this item. However, the only issue I had was that it is a heavy item so putting the legs on the bottom is no problem but whatever you do, don't lean the product over from one set of legs to the other as you turn it over as the base is not reinforced and it will crack the base. You will need two people to be able to turn it over and place it on the ground.
