Our House is our way of showing appreciation to our customers. Earn points for activities like referrals and purchases on our site. The more points you collect, the more you save through discounts on future purchases!
All account holders are automatically enrolled—no extra steps required!
You can earn points through various activities, such as referring friends or making purchases. For a full list, click the Earn Points tab in the menu.
Log in and head to the loyalty page—you’ll find your point balance displayed at the top.
Visit the Rewards tab to see available rewards. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for a reward of your choice.
No, there’s no limit, you can earn as many points as you like!
Approved: Points that are ready for redemption.
Pending: Points that are awaiting verification (typically for purchases and referrals).
Cancelled: Points that won't be added to your account, such as those associated with a cancelled purchase.
If your friend cancels or returns their order, the pending points from that referral will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Your balance may decrease if you, or someone you referred, cancels or returns a purchase.
Please allow a few minutes for our system to process your activity and update your points balance.
Yes, you can redeem your points at checkout. Log into your account and at checkout you should automatically see your points and be able to redeem them with the click of one button.
To unsubscribe from Our House, please contact us. Please note that any points you’ve accumulated will be lost when you have unsubscribed.
Contact us and we’ll re-enroll you. However, your point balance will start from zero.
