Delivery
We have worked very hard to put in place an efficient and reliable delivery service. Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 with FREE DELIVERY for orders over £100 pounds (Standard UK Mainland 2-3 day delivery). Delivery takes 2-3 working days, although you can request one of our next day services.
Order must be placed by 1.00pm on any working day to be shipped the same day. Please note we currently only ship within the UK.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and want you the customer to be 100% happy with your purchase(s). Our Policy is simple, if for whatever reason you wish to return the product to us (whether it be faulty, defective or a change of mind) unused and in it's original condition 30 days from receipt of product we will offer you a replacement product or full money back guarantee. Please Note: we must stress that the goods be unused and in a resaleable condition for us to issue you a full refund. The refund will only be given after inspection of the returned product.
We can not be held responsible for returned items lost in the post. You are responsible for returning goods to us, and covering any cost of postage for unwanted products. However, for faulty goods we will cover all costs you have incurred for postage. We recommend sending the package by recorded or special delivery, this is because proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Should you want to return a large product, such as a piece of furniture, for £10 per product we will organise a third party courier to pick up and transport the item for you. Please Note: we would strongly recommend that you use the original packaging and wrap the products securely, as we can’t guarantee the state of the goods whilst in transit and their state when we receive them will dictate whether you receive a refund. You can organise and return products yourself therefore not incurring a £10 per product collection cost.
Please Note: we cannot authorise a refund where the products have been specifically created for you.

This will allow us to issue you with a returns authorization code and arrange any collections should they be needed. Return codes must be included on the package along with your name, order number and reason for return.

Security
We take security very seriously. Recognizing the importance of the credit card information you send us we use an SSL 128 bit encryption which is the highest level available commercially, to give you piece of mind, ensuring that no third party can view your details. As a company we do not keep any details about your card after the transaction has been accepted so should you order from us again you will be required to enter your card details.
Whenever you are in an area that uses this encryption there will be a padlock symbol in your browser and the URL in the address bar will begin HTTPS instead of HTTP.
For your security we do not store our customers credit card details on any of our servers or systems.

Pricing
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Registration
To complete your registration online you will need a valid e-mail address, as you will receive all private information through this, such as your individual password, confirmation of order and confirmation of dispatch as well as monthly newsletters (to unsubscribe e-mail unsubscribe@danetti.com).
You are responsible for the security of your password. If you believe that a third party may have viewed something sensitive please contact us immediately on 08707 605 701.
We do not keep card details that you enter during registration/ordering of the product. You will be required to re-enter your card details during the process of any future orders.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a registration without prior notice, if we find that the terms and conditions have been breached.
Cancelation
We will only except cancellations before your goods are dispatched. If a dispatch e-mail has been sent then you will be responsible for returning the product(s) to us and payment of any postage costs, before we can issue you with a refund. You the customer are responsible to make sure the product is suitable for your environment. Particular floors are more prone to marking and you should add additional cover or protection where appropriate.
We reserve the rights to change the price, description and image of a product and withdraw a product from our range without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice. This does not affect your consumer rights.
